Member Held Events

Can I hold events here?

• YES. If you are a “standard” member, you can have one two-hour meeting in the conference room or classroom for FREE each month. There is an hourly charge after 2 hours ($45 an hour for members). Fees for longer events (a whole day or more) may vary depending on equipment needed. 

• To reserve space, please contact the Facilities Manager or the Board. The event must be scheduled 3 weeks in advance and be approved. 

• We do allow parents to schedule events for kids (e.g. birthday parties, etc.) as long as the parents are present. Fees will be on a case-by-case basis.
