CO2 laser similar to generic Chinese ones, but supported by a USA reseller. It has RuiDa controls and is supported by LightBurn.

Software
LightBurn
USA based third party software that is much more user friendly. The "DSP license" edition is what you need to work with the Chinese RuiDa controls. It costs $120 for this edition. Free trials are available! The long-term plan is to have the software on a dedicated PC next to the machine.
You'll want to add the RuiDa device manually by IP address (after configuring to have your Ethernet card with a manual IP in the same subnet), and tell the software the correct working area of the machine, and that the origin is the top right.

Air Assist
The internal air pump was bypassed, and an external air compressor/regulator/solenoid valve are being used instead:
