Executive Director
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors.
Their primary role is to serve the Make Nashville community, ensuring that the activities of the makerspace align with the Mission Statement and the organization's Strategic Plan
Their duties include:
- Ensuring that satisfaction of members
- Overseeing the maintenance and operations of the makerspace facility
- Supporting the activities the Make Nashville organization engages in
The Executive Director oversees the different departments of the Makerspace and delegates tasks accordingly. These teams are responsible for reporting to the Executive Director on a regular basis.
